Here are some criteria that we are looking for:
*Licensed North Carolina Realtor with up to date CE (no exceptions)
*Minimum of 12-18 months NC real estate sales (no exceptions)
*Would prefer an agent with a min. of $2M of annual sales; however, with the right qualities, will consider less volume.
*Not working at Coldwell Banker HPW
*Looking for a long term position; this is very important due to the future growth plans we have for this agent
*Flexible real estate schedule; i.e. someone prepared to work full time and accepting of nights/weekends as per real estate requirements
