In fact, financial technology site SmartAsset recently reported that Morrisville, Garner, Knightdale and Holly Springs rank among the top 10 healthiest housing markets in the state.

SmartAsset reviewed data from the U.S. Census Bureau and Zillow to gather healthy-housing indicators to compare all of the Tar Heel State’s cities and towns. The variables researched included stability, affordability, fluidity and risk of loss.
