Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston recently hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Chatham Chamber of Commerce to announce the grand opening of its new Pittsboro sales office located in Bellemont Station at 120 Lowes Drive. The new Pittsboro office will serve North Chatham and allow Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston to expand its presence within the county to better support the steady growth and development occurring throughout the area.
“Chatham County is growing and gaining the attention of Triangle area homebuyers thanks to new developments like Kensington Park and Chatham Park,” said Don Walston, Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Founder and Chairman. “We are opening this new Pittsboro office to provide local support to the community’s growth and development and better serve our area clients.”
At just over 3,000 square feet, the new office features collaborative business space in a contemporary setting. Designed to support our agents through all stages of the buying and selling processes, the office offers social gathering spaces with comfortable seating, shared computer areas for data research and desk-side meetings, and private meeting rooms.
“Our team strategically selected the location of our new Pittsboro sales office to be well positioned to serve the growth areas in North Chatham as well as the historical part of town,” said Randy Cox, sales manager and broker-in-charge of the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Chapel Hill and Pittsboro offices. “This office will allow us to continue to provide a high level of customer service to all of our clients at a new convenient location.”
The Pittsboro real estate office continues to add Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston sales associates with plans to staff approximately 30 agents over the next 12 months. Sales associates from Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston’s Chapel Hill office located at 1600 E. Franklin St. will also be able to use the Pittsboro office space to better accommodate their clients’ needs.
