The heat of summer has arrived in full swing!!!
On a personal note…
Jen hopes that all of the Dad’s had a great Father’s Day last month! Jen and her family went to the beach for Father’s Day with their great family friends, The Frederickson’s. Also, Jen has been busy trying to find the right flowers to stay alive in her front yard, the sun hits it hard and she has not been having the best of luck keeping things alive. Do you have any advice or suggestions?!?!? She would love to hear them! Also, with all of these trips to the beach, Jen has realized she needs to get back into her running routine so, she has been trying to carve out some time to get a few runs in each week.
Jason had a fun June! Early in the month, he visited his older brother, Ron, and sister in-law, Kat, at their home in FL – it was hot, but luckily they’re only 2 blocks from the beach. Jason’s younger brother, Matt, also came to FL from college at UNCW. Later in the month, he took a long weekend with his Dad, brother, Matt and sister, Kristen, along with some of his uncles, aunts and cousins to Chicago! They got to see a Cubs game and eat some great food…it was a blast!
