Hopefully Spring is here to stay!!!!
On a personal note…
Jen had a wonderful April with family. They went to Colorado to visit with family and friends. Jen and her husband were able to take their girls skiing for the first time and they had a blast. The girls are total naturals. The skiing event took place at Loveland, a favorite local’s place to ski, nothing fancy; just fresh powder! The girls skied with their cousins and Uncle Tom for a total of 6 miles! Also, Jen and her family had some much needed R&R at their friends’, The Baker’s, mountain cabin near Coal Creek Canyon (near Nederland) where there is no TV or cell phone access and the cabin is surrounded by deer, elk and bunny rabbits. While there, Jen’s girls are pretty confident that they found the Easter Bunnies candy factory as they found a mini cabin that led to a small hole in the ground with stone steps in the middle of the woods.
Jason had an amazing March. His older brother, Ron, and him had a safe and successful climb and summit of Mt. Whitney and even managed to hit Las Vegas for a night on the way back home! Outside of that, he stayed local for March and continued to teach real estate investing at Wake Tech part time and start his outdoor soccer season. Jason is excited about the upcoming summer and hopefully planning another adventure soon!

Did you know…March showings were down 17% compared to 3/13 and up 31% compared to February? The drop in showings outpaced the inventory decrease, producing a show/list ratio below 3/13. The big percentage increase in March showings compared to February can be attributed to the winter weather.
Also, a big congrats to our team member, Marty, who completed the Raleigh Rock-n-Roll Marathon – great job, Marty!
