Apex was recently named to the No. 9 spot on Money Magazine’s list of the top 50 American small towns in which to live. Apex was the only town in North Carolina to make the list! The town’s historic downtown provides a center for entertainment and commerce. Apex’s downtown plays host to a jazz festival and to the Peak City Pig Fest. Apex also boasts 400 acres of parks, baseball fields, and tennis courts. Home prices are affordable, and building permits are up 60% in the first quarter of 2013 from the same period of 2012.
