Even though the number of home sales recorded in June dropped slightly from May, the market continues to show signs of strength! The two highlights: the average number of days on market fell, and the average price paid went up. June home sales were up 15% compared to last year, and the average number of days on market dropped to 95 days-down significantly from the 114 days reported last year.
