Good News For The Triangle Housing Market


Even though the number of home sales recorded in June dropped slightly from May, the market continues to show signs of strength! The two highlights: the average number of days on market fell, and the average price paid went up. June home sales were up 15% compared to last year, and the average number of days on market dropped to 95 days-down significantly from the 114 days reported last year. The average sale price for a home in the Triangle area was up 2.7% in June as compared to the the prior year. For more on this visit the Triangle Business Journal.
