Our Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Fuquay-Varina real estate sales office has had a lot to celebrate recently!
Not only did our Founder and Chairman Don Walston and Assistant Office Manager Amy Rogers man a set of large, shiny scissors at the office’s official ribbon-cutting ceremony, but our entire Fuquay-Varina real estate team and guests were invited to take part in the dedication of the historic office building as part of the North Carolina Main Street Program.
“This ribbon-cutting event marks a very exciting time for our Fuquay-Varina real estate office and the agent team it supports,” said Walston. “We are committed to growing our presence in this town to serve even more homebuyers and sellers. We know how to help people win, and we will do just that with Amy at the helm of this sales team.”
Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce members and Town Commissioner Blake Massengill shared in the re-grand opening celebration and historic site dedication showing their support for the real estate sales offices’ expansion plans.
“We’ve got great plans for this Fuquay-Varina office and the immense opportunities available to our team and their clients in this prospering market,” said Rogers. “It was important for us to open our doors and invite the town to learn more about our company and the value our real estate agents bring to the community.”
The Fuquay-Varina Downtown Revitalization Association took advantage of the real estate office’s ribbon-cutting ceremony to present the office-building owners and CBHPW Fuquay-Varina real estate brokers Richard and Bekki Watkins with a commemorative plaque dedicating the office as The William and Myrtle Thomas Home, Circa 1928.
