Oh, what a night! We had the great privilege of celebrating our talented team of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston real estate brokers and agents this week at our 43rd Awards of Excellence ceremony at The Pavilions at Angus Barn.
From toasting the leading Coldwell Banker real estate team in all of North America for selling more than 1,000+ homes last year to recognizing our company’s top-performing teams’ and agents’ achievements in 2016, it was an evening that glittered with our real estate superstars.
“To say that I’m impressed with our agents’ successes in 2016 is an understatement,” said Don Walston, Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston founder and chairman. “Our team blew it out of the water last year. They set their sights on serving the home buyers and sellers in their communities and, boy, did they achieve their goals. They truly lived out our mission to Help People Win.”
With the support of Coldwell Banker President and CEO Charlie Young, we inducted nearly 100 of its agents and teams into Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Society, International Diamond Society, International President’s Circle, International President’s Elite, International President’s Premier, and International Society of Excellence designations.
We also presented our annual company awards including our Core Services Awards, Rookies of the Year, Managers of the Year, Associates & Teams of the Year, the Garland Spangler Award, and numerous others presented by the company’s Builder Services team and trusted partners.
