#TBT: Today we are throwing back to 1913. The Durham Bulls are pictured here at the East Durham Ballpark. The North Carolina league was formed that year, and the local team was named the Durham Bulls. The games were interrupted for World War I, and then the league was disbanded. A new league was formed in 1919, and the El Toro Ballpark was built in 1926. The Bulls moved to their newest stadium, the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, in 1995.
Today is also opening day for the Durham Bulls! #BullsAreBack
