We are proud of the Triangle area and all that it has to offer. From employment opportunities and good schools to a well-maintained park system and happening cultural scene, our cities and towns have a lot going for them and WalletHub agrees.
The personal finance website recently announced the “2015 Healthiest Housing Markets” in the nation and three of our Triangle cities snagged a place on the list.
Seeking to identify the top markets homebuyers should consider, WalletHub reviewed 300 U.S. cities based on a number of metrics including employment opportunities, building permit activity, home prices, population growth and more.
Wallet Hub spotlighted Cary as having the 8th-healthiest housing market in the nation. Raleigh ranked 9th among large cities with populations of 300,000+ and Durham took 19th place among mid-sized cities with populations of 150,000 to 300,000.
Now, all you need to decide is which of these cities or neighboring communities will suit you best. Good luck on your house hunt!
