A new brewery is headed to Holly Springs! Bombshell Beer Co. is North Carolina’s only female-owned microbrewery, and they are hoping to prove that craft beer isn’t a boys-only club. The new brewery is owned by a trio of women who have hired former Church Brew Works brewer Stephen O’Neill as the company’s head brewer. Bombshell will have an onsite brewery, lab, and tasting room, as well as seating for around 90 patrons. They will serve a selection of pilsner, pale ale, IPA and porter.
